This Privacy Policy explains how YoTrade, LLC ("we", "our", "us") handles information in the Yoshu mobile application and at yoshu.xyz (the "Service").
Your transactions, tags, budgets, recurring items, and settings are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData. By default this information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. If you enable iCloud, Apple syncs this data across your own devices under your Apple ID, governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Yoshu can read an amount from a receipt screenshot (OCR) and suggest a category. There are two paths:
To convert between currencies, Yoshu fetches reference exchange rates from a third-party rate service. These requests do not include your personal or transaction data.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, contacts, location, or advertising identifiers. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
Apple may provide us with anonymized crash and performance diagnostics if you opt in to sharing them with developers in your iOS settings. This data is not linked to your identity.
You can export all of your data to a CSV file at any time, and delete your data by removing it in the app or deleting the app. Because data is stored locally, uninstalling the app removes it from your device.
Yoshu is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
YoTrade, LLC is based in the United States. Third-party processing (such as AI categorization) may occur on servers located in the United States or other countries.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
