These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Yoshu mobile application and the website at yoshu.xyz (collectively, the "Service"), operated by YoTrade, LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Yoshu for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse-engineer it except where permitted by law, abuse our relay server, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.
You retain ownership of the financial data and content you create in Yoshu. Because this data is stored on your device, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups (for example, via the CSV export feature or iCloud).
Optional features rely on third-party services (such as AI categorization and exchange-rate data). Category suggestions are provided on a best-effort basis, may be inaccurate, and should be reviewed by you. Your use of third-party services through Yoshu may also be subject to those providers' terms.
The Yoshu name, design, and software are owned by YoTrade, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Yoshu is a personal budgeting tool and does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure or suggestion it produces is accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoTrade, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access to server-backed features (such as our AI relay) at any time, with or without notice, including for abuse.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
